Earnest Robinson Earnest Robinson

Minister Earnest Robinson affectionately called Buster of Marianna, Florida entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, September 4th at the Chipola Health and Rehabilitation Center.  He was 86 years old.

  A native of Jackson County, he was of the Holiness faith and a member of the Trinity Powerhouse Church of God by Faith.  He attended and graduated from the public school system beforing joining the United States Air Force.  After his tour of duty, he received an Honorable Discharge.

 Precious memories will forever remain with one son, Calvin L. Clemmons (Teresa) of Marianna, Florida; two granddaughters, Autumn C. Clemmons and Adrianne N. Clemmons both of Tallahassee, Florida; one grandson, Jordan A. Clemmons of Marianna, Florida; one great grandchild, Kennedi Gray of Tallahassee, Florida; three nieces, Branda Blackmon Jones (Pastor Michael Jones) of Marianna, Florida, Suzanne Cross and Katrina Craig (Cartze) both of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida one nephew, Howard Robinson of Marianna, Florida; one uncle, Jeff Fluker of Hampton, Virginia; special cousins, Anthony Bryant (Gwendolyn), Patrick Bryant (LouAnn) both of Jacksonville, Florida, Mary Kate Neal (Isaac) of Greenwood, Florida, Carlton Smith (Gail), Pamela Williams both of Brooklyn, New York and Fannie Pearl Collins of Quincy, Florida; and a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins, other relatives and sorrowing friends.

 A homegoing celebration for Rev. Robinson was held Tuesday, September 11th at 11am at Trinity Powerhouse Church of God in Christ, Pastor Michael L. Jones, Pastor Jimmy Weems, Pastor Roy Crawley, Reverend George Williams,  Chaplain Snell, Evangelist B. Snipes and Elder Dr. H.N. Turner officiated.  Interment followed in the Orange Hill Cemetery with military honors provided by the Hulburt Field Honor Guard with arrangements entrusted to the Caring Staff at Peoples Funeral Home of Marianna.
