Allie Mae Smith

Mrs. Allie Mae Smith of Marianna, FL transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Thursday, April 5, 2018 in Marianna Health and Rehabilitation Center.  

She was a member of the Greater Buckhorn Missionary Baptist Church, a faithful member of the choir.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at the Greater Buckhorn Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Darrold Franklin, Rev. Felix Long Jr. and Rev. William Harvey, Pastor, Officiating.

Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Vann Funeral Home will be in charge of the service.

The viewing will be held Friday, April 13, 2018 from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Vann Funeral Home.

Mrs. Smith will lie in repose at the church from 10:00 A.M. until time for the service.

She leaves to cherish a lifetime of precious memories, a loving and devoted family:

Daughter-in-Law: Angela Hall of Marianna, FL

One Grandson: Darryl Hayes Jr of Marianna, FL

One Granddaughter: Kristien Hall (Christopher) of Marianna, FL

One Grandson she raised as her own: Earnest Johnson Jr. of Marianna, FL

Two Cousins raised as Sister and Brother: Emma Wooden of Donaldsonville, GA and Willie Brunson (Bessie) of Pensacola, FL

A Childhood Sister: Corrine Clark of Clearwater, FL

Three Brothers-in-Law: John Henry Smith of Miami, FL; James Smith (Inez) of Marianna, FL and Fletcher Smith of Jacksonville, FL

Sister-in-Law: Erma Barkley of Marianna, FL

Ten Grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear friends.
