The Jackson County TIMES is a 12-year-old weekly newspaper of general circulation in Jackson County, Florida.  Our office is located in Marianna across from the county courthouse on Madison Street.  

The TIMES is a paid periodical paper which is published each Wednesday evening, copies are available in rack machines all over Jackson county, including the towns of Sneads, Grand Ridge, Malone, Greenwood, Alford, Cottondale, Campbellton and Graceville. The total circulation is about 4,000 copies weekly. Being a weekly publication, each issue stays in the household for many days and there are always multiple readers per issue. The price per copy is 75 cents and the subscription rates are $26 for six months and $52 for one year or $30 for our digital edition. For local subscribers, the paper comes in the mail each Thursday morning, same as in the racks.

The TIMES contains news and events in Jackson County. We have contributing writers who add local interests, humor and political views in every issue.  We are always open to suggestions on how we can enhance or develop new specialty sections. Just give us a call!

For the younger readers, and sports fans, we have a section of local high schools and Chipola College competition action coverage in our Sports edition each week.  The sports editor is Shelia Mader.  In short, there is a little something for everyone in the TIMES.

Our website features daily news and updates.  You can view the website at www.jacksoncountytimes.net The TIMES also has an e-edition to our website which allows our readers to view the entire print version online and all the pages are in color.  Banner advertising (rotating or changing electronic ads at the top and side of each page) is available at an economical cost to the advertiser. The e-edition can be found at http://digital.jacksoncountytimes.net/

The advertising deadline for display ads is noon each Tuesday.  We want your business and will work hard for it.
