  • Jeremiah Parris: sentenced to 11/29 county jail in felony court, failure to appear (trespassing) – 11 month/29 day county jail concurrent with present sentence, $370, recommend public works, county time served 35 days
  • Shantana Hayes: violation of county probation criminal mischief over $200 but less than $1,000, no bond bring back per Derek Blount; neglect of child $10,000; battery domestic violence - $5,000; resisting officer without violence - $5,000; 90 days county jail, $260, recommend public works, county time served 35 days
  • Brittany Pszczola: possession of methamphetamine - $10,000; possession of drug paraphernalia - $5,000; Jackson County supervised out of Gadsden - $15,000 bond, hold for 7 days for violation of state probation to be filed
  • Michael Burns: possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell - $20,000; possession of drug paraphernalia - $5,000 Seminole County - $25,000 bond, hold for 7 days for violation of probation to be filed
  • William McDaniel: hold for Calhoun County -to be released today and go to child support office
  • Joseph Barnes: violation of state probation – subject will not allow use to process him it has been 48 hours so we are sending him to first appearance, no bond
  • Darrell Watkins: driving while license suspended or revoked – gave extension
  • Tony Murphy – gave extension
