Fourteenth Judicial Circuit Judges assignments Featured

Chief Judge Elijah Smiley has announced assignments of judges in the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit effective April 1, 2017 until December 31, 2017.  

Those changes playing a role in Jackson County are the moving of Judge Shonna Young Gay to Bay Main Courthouse in Panama City from Jackson County.  Coming to Jackson County from Washington County will be Judge Christopher Patterson.  January 01, 2018 through July 1, 2019.

Effective April 01, 2017, Judge Michael Overstreet will be at the Bay Main Courthouse assigned to Administrative Criminal.  Judge James Fenson will be at the Bay Main Courthouse as will Judge Hentz McClellan.  Chief Judge Elijah Smiley will be at the Bay Main Courthouse, along with Brantley Clark and John L. Fishel.  Assigned to the Bay Juvenile Courthouse will be Peter Mallory and the new judge who replaces Judge William Wright who resigned in December 2016.  Judge Timothy Register will be assigned to the Washington County Courthouse.
