  • Chip Weeks Sr.: failure to appear no motor vehicle registration – 10 days county jail or $400, county time served 2 days, may purge at any time
  • Chip Weeks Jr.: violation of county probation (possession of marijuana under 20 grams) – no bond
  • Cheyane Leggio: petit theft, on probation Calhoun County - 60 days county jail, $370, county time served 1, recommend public works
