  • Fidel Encinas: burglary - $5,000; petit theft - $2,500; $7,500 cash or surety, jail to research criminal history, bring back tomorrow unless defendant posts bond
  • Shawnest Ivey: violation of state probation – no bond, arraigned and appointed public defender
  • William Johnson: simple assault - $2,500 cash or surety, if defendant does not post bond, bring back tomorrow, no contact with victim
  • James Sims: trespassing occupied structure or conveyance - $10,000; burglary with assault or battery - $50,000; battery on person 65 or older - $25,000; $85,000 cash or surety, no contact with victim
  • Jason Morvant: driving while license is suspended or revoked - $2,500, tag attached not assigned - $2,500, failure to register motor vehicle - $2,500; $7,500 cash or surety, bring back tomorrow (if defendant does not post bond)
  • Michael Hughes: battery on law enforcement officer - $5,000; resisting arrest without violence - $2,500; $7,500 cash or surety
