Lemmon/Gann Variance Request:  A request from Connie Lemmon and Donald Gann for approval of a variance from Section 74-97(c) Jackson County Code of Ordinances to allow for use of a recreational vehicle as temporary housing during the process of construction of a permanent dwelling to be located in Compass Lake in the Hills Subdivision.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This project consists of furnishing and installing lighting fixtures and all appurtenances along the SR 166 corridor within the City of Marianna from south of the Citizen’s Lodge and proceeding north to just east of Treeview Drive.  Also included is the installation of the aerial power system for the lighting system including an alternative bid for a subsurface power system by directional bore and open cut.  Necessary Clearing and Grubbing and Grassing is also included where needed to provide a complete and operational lighting system along the SR 166 corridor.
