Routine Maintenance on Area Bridges

Chipley- Routine bridge maintenance work will take place on the I-10 Apalachicola River bridge Monday, June 1 through Thursday, June 4 from mile marker (MM) 160 to MM 161 in Gadsden County. Lane closures will be in effect from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. as crews clean and seal the bridge deck.

Bridge maintenance crews will clean and seal the bridge deck on the U.S. 90 Apalachicola River Bridge at the Gadsden/Jackson County line, Friday, June 5 and Saturday, June 6. Alternating lane closures will occur.

All activities are weather dependent and may be delayed or rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. Drivers are reminded to pay attention to the speed limit when traveling.
