Graduation Dates Announced for School Year

Steve R. Benton, Sr., Superintendent of Schools for Jackson County, announced the graduation dates and locations of ceremonies for each school.

On Tuesday May 28 Adult Education students will receive their diplomas at the new Marianna High School auditorium at 6:00 PM.

Also on that date Sneads High School seniors will graduate at the Citizens' Football Field at 8;00 PM.

Jackson Alternative School students who are graduating will have their ceremony in the JAS cafeteria at 9:00 AM on Thursday, May 30.

Graceville High School will honor Seniors at 6:00 PM on May 30 in the school gymnasium. Cottondale High School's ceremony will also be on that date in their gymnasium at 8:00 PM.

On Friday May 31 Hope School honors their students at 10:00 AM in the cafeteria, Malone School seniors will walk at 6:00 PM in the Malone gymnasium, and at 8:00 PM Marianna High School graduates will march across the football stadium to receive their diplomas.
